Esteemed Sir,

It has been three days since there was a change of guard in the DDO powers of our beloved but orphaned Education Zone Fatehgarh. As I sit to write these lines, my fingers tremble and my pen hesitates—for the very first time, I find myself struggling to write. Ahh! Where do I even begin?

Respected Saif-ud-Din Chachi Sir, your towering personality is truly multi-dimensional defined by rare qualities of honesty, dedication, and a fearless spirit that speaks directly from the heart. The very first day we met, you left an imprint on my mind and soul—a mark so deep that words now feel inadequate to express. You didn’t just win my respect, Sir; you won my heart.

Your presence during inspections, the way you engaged with students in the classroom, and your simplicity have always left me in awe. I have often found myself envying the ease with which you balanced authority and humility. You never shied away from digging deep to uncover the truth and stood unflinching against corruption and those who indulged in it. Yet, you always chose the noble path of teaching and guiding over humiliating or condemning. That, Sir, is what set you apart.

As you have stepped away from this additional charge, our zone stands at a crossroads. The void you leave behind cannot be filled easily. You were not just our Zonal Education Officer—you were a mentor, a guide, and a true inspiration. Under your stewardship, the Zone of Fatehgarh did not merely function; it thrived. Your leadership was marked by clarity, courage, and compassion, and your fairness and transparency became the benchmark for all of us.

Your tenure has been nothing short of a legacy. At a time when responsibilities were heavy and challenges seemed endless, you carried this additional duty not as a burden, but as a sacred trust. Your tireless efforts for the welfare of students, schools, and teachers have left an indelible mark that will be remembered for years to come.

As we bid you farewell, we also take this moment to welcome Mr. Tanvir Ahmad Agah, Principal HSS Audoora, who now takes over the additional charge as Zonal Education Officer Fatehgarh. We extend our heartfelt prayers and best wishes for his leadership, hoping that under his vision and caliber, our zone will continue to flourish and reach new heights.

Sir, may Almighty Allah bless you with abundant health, long life, and endless success. May your sincerity and unwavering commitment continue to inspire generations of educators and students alike. Your name will forever remain etched in the history of Zone Fatehgarh—not just as an officer, but as a beacon of integrity and dedication.

With profound gratitude and utmost respect,

Reyaz Ahmad Ganai
