Today Army and police claimed that they have recovered 31Kg Narcotics near the line of control in Poonch sector.
Based on inputs on smuggling of narcotics through LOC in Poonch . Army and police jointly launched serch operation in the area Army PRO in his statement issued hear said.
That Army and police unearthed a huge consignment of Narcotics along the Line of Control in Poonch(J&K). Based on inputs of likely smuggling of Narcotics through the Line of Control in Poonch, Indian Army along with JKP launched relentless operations in the area. The operations were backed up with a well integrated surveillance grid coupled with extensive domination of the areas close to the Line of Control. On 19 & 20 Jan 2022, Narcotics weighing approximately 31Kg have been recovered in a search operation conducted by Indian Army and JKP, very close to the Line of Control reads the statement.
