A major tragedy was averted at Jawahar Lal Nehru Memorial (JLNM) Hospital in Rainawari area of Srinagar on Monday afternoon.
Official sources told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that a major fire tragedy was averted at 1000 LPM Oxygen Generation Plant at JLNM hospital.
They said that heaps of scrap at Oxygen Plant caught fire inside the premises of the building, creating panic among the attendants.
Timely action by Fire and Emergency Services (F&ES) department averted the tragedy, they said, adding that there was no loss of property or injury during the incident—(KNO)
