During the first 4 months of 2023, Baramulla Police registered 115 cases under NDPS Act, arrested 156 drug smugglers including 10 most wanted drug smugglers, detained 9 drug peddlers under PSA & recovered contraband worth Crores (value of contraband in black market).
General People of the district are requested to come forward with the information of drug peddlers in their areas (identify will be kept confidential) in order to support police to eradicate menace of drugs from the society which is the real sign of strong Police Public relationship.
