Says DM Order Under CrPC 144 Also Issued, Non Complaince May Lead FIR under section 188 of IPC

Police on Wednesday once again advise people to install CCTVs in their houses, shops to avoid burglaries.
In a tweet, Srinagar police wrote, “There have been case of theft/ burglaries in houses/Shops in city, these were invariably without any CCTV cameras. Some cases were solved & recoveries were made. Advising all those who can afford, to install CCTV cameras as it is biggest tool in investigation & solving the case.
Meanwhile a senior police officer told GNS that DM order under CrPC 144 also issued, non compliance may lead to FIR under sec 188 of IPC.(GNS)
