JAMMU, Oct 11:
Department of Rural Development & Panchayti Raj has ordered an inquiry into alleged backdoor appointment of MPW Munish Sohal, presently Panchayat Secretary and posted in the office of BDO Miran Sahib, Jammu.
According to an order in this regard, Rajneesh Gupta, Chief Operating Officer, HIMAYAT has been appointed as Inquiry Officer to conduct the in-depth inquiry while ACD Jammu shall present the record related with the case before the Inquiry Officer.
The Inquiry Officer shall conclude the inquiry and furnish the report along with specific recommendation to the department within 15 days.
