SRINAGAR, DECEMBER,28 :

A high level delegation of Baramulla Traders Federation led by its president Er Tariq Ahmad Mughloo today held a detailed meeting with Chief Executive Officer, Srinagar Smart City Project, Athar Amir Khan IAS. The delegation members included vice president Javeed Ahmad Soleh, Publicity secretary, Feroz Ahmad, treasurer Zaffar Ahmad and former Federation president, Ishfaq Ahmad Qazi. On the occasion the delegation presented a memorandum to the CEO Smart city and requested to start the e bus services from Srinagar to Baramulla. The Ceo Smart City assured that from February 1, 2024, initially one e bus will ply between Baramulla and Srinagar and will be connected to e bus circuit and also assured that six more e buses will ply between Srinagar and Baramulla in coming months and a separate charging station for these buses will be set up in Baramulla town. The President Mughloo and other delegates thanked Ceo Smart City for promising to start e buses for Baramulla and Srinagar. Mughloo said the start of e buses is a good news for the daily commuters between Baramulla and Srinagar especially members of business community who have to travel frequently to summer capital for business purposes.
