Er Anil kumar (JE ) died of cardiac arrest while performing duty in kupwara district of Kashmir region, official said on Monday.
They said JE PDD handwara Er anil Kumar died due to cardiac arrest while discharging the official responsibilities .
An official of PDD Division handwara confirmed to that the Er Anil Kumar died due to cardiac arrest.
