A Naib Tehsildar posted at South Kashmir District Kulgam and resident of Karnah District Kupwara has occupied a Govt residential quarter illegally in north Kashmir border town Uri.
As per reports Naib Tehsildar Zakir Hussain posted at South Kashmir district Kulgam and has occupied a R&B residential quarter No. K-6 at Uri Town. Reports said he was posted in Uri few years ago but till date not vacated the govt quarter and as per R&B report he is occupying said quarter, we are surprised when he was transferred to other district why without NOC from R&B he was relieved by his drawing and disbursing officer at Uri. As per reports he has not paid electricity, water and other dues of R&B residential quarter till date. Even he is drawing regularly HRA from govt treasury illegally.
The R&B residential quarter under the occupation of Zakir Hussain Naib Tehsildar is revealed by special sub Division R&B Uri in a RTI reply.
