Shifted to SKIMS Soura; Investigation launched

Srinagar, Oct 29 :

Four children aged between 10 and 13 years were injured in an explosion while they were playing cricket in Kulangam area of Handwara on Wednesday.

Officials told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the explosion injured four, who were first taken to GMC Handwara and later referred to SKIMS Soura for advanced treatment.

Medical Superintendent GMC Handwara, Dr Aijaz confirmed the incident and said the children had sustained burn injuries.

Meanwhile, Police and Bomb Disposal Teams reached the spot and cordoned off the area—(KNO)
