Jammu, Nov 17 :

Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Monday expressed deep grief over the tragic bus accident involving Indian Umrah pilgrims in Medina, Saudi Arabia, earlier this morning.

In his condolence message the Chief Minister extended heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved families and prayed for the swift recovery of the injured.

As per initial reports, the accident took place when a bus carrying 46 pilgrims collided with a tanker on its way from Mecca to Medina. The collision led to the death of 45 Indian pilgrims, official sources said.
