Union Minister for Finance and Corporate Affairs, Nirmala Sitharaman, on Sunday called on President Droupadi Murmu at Rashtrapati Bhavan ahead of the presentation of the Union Budget.
As per news agency Kashmir News Corner — KNC, She was accompanied by Minister of State for Finance Shri Pankaj Chaudhary and senior officials of the Ministry of Finance.
During the interaction, President Murmu extended her best wishes to the Finance Minister and her team for the Budget presentation.
The meeting is part of the established tradition ahead of the tabling of the Union Budget in Parliament. (KNC)
