Jammu, Feb 5 :

Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha warmly welcomed Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah on his arrival in Jammu on Thursday late evening.

As per news agency Kashmir News Corner (KNC), the Union Minister reached Jammu Airport at around 10:30 PM and was received by the Lieutenant Governor and senior officials.

During his two-day visit, Amit Shah is scheduled to visit the International Border in Kathua on February 6 and will chair a high-level security review meeting to assess the region’s preparedness and law-and-order arrangements.

On February 7, the Union Minister is set to launch several development projects in Jammu before departing for Chhattisgarh later the same day, marking the culmination of his official visit to the Union Territory. (KNC)
