Justice Rajesh Sekhri, Justice Mohd Yousuf Wani assigned roles after Justice Javed Iqbal Wani’s retirement

The High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh has nominated new Administrative Judges for District Kulgam and District Poonch following the retirement of Justice Javed Iqbal Wani.
As per an order issued by the Registrar General, and available with news agency Kashmir News Corner — KNC, Hon’ble the Chief Justice has appointed Justice Rajesh Sekhri as Administrative Judge for District Kulgam and Justice Mohd Yousuf Wani for District Poonch.
The order states that the nominations have been made in supersession of previous orders pertaining to these districts and will take effect immediately. (KNC)
