Srinagar, Apr 23 :

Jammu and Kashmir Police on Thursday apprehended four over ground workers (OGWs), including a woman, from the Hazratbal इलाके of Srinagar for allegedly aiding militants by providing logistical support.
According to officials, the arrests were carried out during a night operation on Wednesday. The detained individuals have been identified as Zahoor Ahmad Mir, Bashir Ahmad Bhat, and Ghulam Mohammad Bhat, all residents of Hazratbal, along with a woman, Shazia Mohammad, also from the same locality.
Officials said that security forces recovered incriminating material from their possession, including a hand grenade, 15 rounds of AK-47 ammunition, four mobile phones, and cash.
A case has been registered against the accused under relevant provisions of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) and the Arms Act, while further investigations are underway, officials added.
