Srinagar, July 7th :

The Regional Passport Office (RPO), Srinagar has announced a special passport service drive on Saturday, July 11, 2026, to cater to the increasing number of passport applicants across Kashmir.

Under the initiative, the Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) Srinagar and the Post Office Passport Seva Kendras (POPSKs) at Anantnag and Baramulla will remain open to process passport applications.

Regional Passport Officer B. S. Rawat said the decision was taken in view of the continued demand for passport services. He added that the special drive is aimed at providing citizens with faster, efficient and transparent passport-related services.

Applicants wishing to avail the facility must book an appointment through the official Passport Seva portal for July 11 and report to their selected centre at the allotted time with the appointment confirmation and all original supporting documents.
