Baramulla, Sept 12 :

A 50-year-old woman died after she fell unconscious at the railway station in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Saturday, officials said.

An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the woman fell unconscious at the railway station and was soon shifted to Government Medical College (GMC) Baramulla for treatment, where doctors declared her dead.

She was identified as Sakeena (50), wife of Shahid Hussain Khan, a resident of Bemina, Srinagar.

Meanwhile, police have taken up the investigation, while the exact cause of death is being ascertained.—(KNO)
