Srinagar, Nov 3rd :

In a significant administrative development, four officers belonging to the Jammu and Kashmir Police Service (JKPS) have secured induction into the Indian Police Service (IPS) under the AGMUT cadre, marking a major elevation in their professional standing.

The officers who have earned induction include Ramesh Angral and Tahir Sajad, figuring in the Select List of 2021, Shailendra Singh from the Select List of 2023, and Dalip Kumar from the Select List of 2024.

Their elevation through the promotion quota represents a consequential progression in their policing careers and underscores their advancement into the country’s premier police service.
