A meeting has been held under pahari welfare forum where lot of pahari speaking people’s were gathered there .The pahari peoples also condemned the statement given by Retired ADG Masud Chowdhary against pahari status for paharis.It is aso said that when ST status given to Gujjar Bakerwals then no one of pahari peoples opposing for that .But when we demanded for pahari status then why ST peoples opposing for that.It is also said that in democracy every one has right for that if we live in same environment having same culture and tradition and also Gujjar Bakerwals are also next door neighbours to each other’s.Then why this Discrimination with paharis.paharis are real Indians and also playing a vibrant role for getting our independence.Gujjars and Bakerwals are also our brothers.we are one.so we Request to prime minister and Home minister to fulfill our demand on priority.
