KUPWARA, JANUARY 6:
Additional Deputy Commissioner, (ADC), Handwara, Javid Naseem, today conducted an extensive tour of Tehsil Zachaldara of sub division Handwara to address public grievances and review the progress of ongoing developmental works in the area.
During the visit, the ADC interacted with local residents and listened patiently to their grievances and demands. He assured the public that genuine issues would be taken up with the concerned departments for early redressal.
The ADC also took stock of various development projects being executed under different schemes and stressed upon timely completion and quality execution of works. He directed the officers to remain responsive to public issues and ensure that developmental benefits reach the grassroots level.
The ADC was accompanied by Tehsildar Zachaldara, Block Development Officer Rajwar, and other officers/officials from the Revenue Department and Rural Development Department who briefed him about the status of ongoing works and local issues.
The visit was appreciated by the local populace, who expressed hope for improved service delivery and accelerated development in the tehsil.
Later, he also visited Tehsil office Zachaldara and took stock of the ongoing digitization work of Jamanbandis at designated Lab.
