An advocate has been arrested after his video with a lady client in compromising position went viral on social media sites.
As per police sources, a complaint was lodged by a man with Police Station Ramban stating that a video of advocate namely Rahul Katoch, son of Puran Chand of Kot Shalghad, Pogal Paristan Ukhral, Ramsoo with his lady client (complainant’s sister) in compromising position went viral on social media.
Acting over the complaint, a case under FIR Number 212/2021 under Sections 294 IPC, 66 (E) and 67 (A) IT Act was registered at Police Station Ramban and the advocate has been arrested.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
