In a ceremony marked by pride and recognition, Arif Kataria—a respected sports promoter and founder of Sultan Warriors Cricket Club—was presented with the Uttam Bharat Puraskar 2025 at Tagore Hall, Srinagar for his outstanding contribution to sports development and community upliftment.
