As part of the Har Ghar Tiranga-2025 campaign, Baramulla Police today organised a Tiranga Bike Rally in Baramulla town to foster the spirit of patriotism and national unity.
The rally was flagged off from DPL Baramulla and traversed through Carrippa Park, Azadgunj, Chakloo and Kralhar before culminating peacefully back at DPL Baramulla.
The event was led by DIG North Kashmir Range, Shri Maqsood-ul-Zaman-IPS, DC Baramulla Shri Minga Sherpa-IAS and SSP Baramulla, Shri Gurinderpal Singh-IPS. It witnessed active participation of Addl. SP Baramulla, SP Ops Baramulla, DySP Hqrs Baramulla, DySP DAR DPL Baramulla, DySP Traffic Baramulla, SHO PS Baramulla,IC PP Old Town/Delina, all GOs and SHOs from other subdivisions of Baramulla, a large contingent of police personnel and enthusiastic youth from the district.
At the conclusion of the rally, all participants took a solemn pledge to contribute towards building a developed India, eliminating any trace of colonial mindset, promoting unity and solidarity, fulfilling their duties and responsibilities towards the nation, honouring the sacrifices of the bravehearts, and dedicating themselves to the country’s defence and progress.“`
