Baramulla 25 December:The Baramulla Writers Forum (BWF) expressed profound grief and sorrow over the demise of the mother of senior journalist and Chairman, BWJA. In this connection, a condolence meeting was held by the Forum to pay homage to the departed soul and to stand in solidarity with the bereaved family in this hour of immense loss.The condolence meeting was presided over by the Patron of Baramulla Writers Forum, Mr. A.R. Bhat, who while addressing the gathering described the demise as a great personal loss for the family and prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul. He extended heartfelt condolences to the senior journalist and Chairman BWJA, expressing sympathy and strength for the family to bear this irreparable loss.Members of the Forum observed a moment of silence as a mark of respect to the departed soul and prayed for courage and patience for the bereaved family.The Baramulla Writers Forum reiterated its solidarity with the bereaved family and expressed deep sympathy on behalf of all writers and journalists of the district.
