BARAMULLA JULY 02 :
Today Baramulla Police received input that three local youths were received by one Parvaiz Ahmad Hajam S/O Gh Mohi-ud-Din Hajam R/O Gohallan Uri being a guide at Boniyar in order to exfiltrate them to PoK through Gowhallan sector.
Acting swiftly upon the input, Sh. Junaid Wali-JKPS, SDPO Uri and Inspr. Mohd Ashraf, SHO PS Uri, arrested 01 guide namely Parvaiz Ahmad Hajam S/O Gh Mohi-ud-Din Hajam R/O Gohallan Uri alongwith three local youths
- Mohd Shafi Hajam S/O Abdul Ahad Hajam R/O Sheeri Mirhar, Occupation: Barber
- Reyaz Ahmad Bhat S/O Manzoor Ahmad R/O Sheeri Mirhar, Occupation: Shopkeeper at Sheeri Bazar
- Yasir Bhat S/O Ghulam Mohd R/O Chatloora Sopore, Occupation: Carpenter
were detained at the said MVCP and incriminating material including sharp knives, torch etc were also recovered from them.
Further questioning of all the detained persons is in progress.
