Baramulla:Body of elderly family head,who was missing from yesterday after cloudburst killed his four family members, has been found by rescue trams taking toll to five persons killed by cloudburst at Kafarnar Bahak of Rafiabad in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
Bodies of the four family members was recovered yesterday after cloudburst washed way the nomadic family from Rajouri at Kafarnar Bahak in the upper reaches of Rafiabad in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Sunday.
Sources said that body of Bashir Ahmed Haji Bashir Ahmad Khari (80) son of Chandi Khari has been recovered after massive rescue operations by police and SDRF teams.
As already reported that there were six members, four bodies have been found yesterday. The missing person, Haji Bashir Ahmad Khari (80), son of Chandi Khari, was also feared dead. One member of the family, Mohammad Farooq Khari, son of Haji Bashir Ahmad Khari was found alive.
Those found dead were identified as Tariq Ahmad Khari (8), Arif Hussain Khari (5) sons of Mohammad Farooq Khari, his daughter Nazia Akhtar (14) and wife Shahnaza Begum (30) — all residents of Kalsiyan Nowshera area of Rajouri in Jammu region.
The deceased were buried at Pazalpora Rafiabad.
