The National Medical Commission (NMC) has immediately withdrawn permission to run the MBBS course after finding serious violations of minimum standards.
NMC termed it a direct violation of the 2023 regulations.
Current MBBS students will be transferred to other colleges.
The approval for 50 seats granted for the 2025–26 session has now been cancelled.
The college’s bank guarantee will be forfeited.
All students’ seats will remain protected, and they will be adjusted in recognized medical colleges of Jammu and Kashmir under supernumerary seats.
