Baramulla, Aug 22:

A delegation of the Baramulla Working Journalists Association (BWJA), including Chairman Karamat Qayoom and other Senior members visited the residence of their member, Anayat Sofi of KNS and Video Journalist of Kashmir Post, to express heartfelt condolences on the sad demise of his father, who passed away after a prolonged illness on Wednesday.

In a condolence message, Chairman Karamat Qayoom said that the Association deeply sympathizes with Anayat Sofi and his family, and stands in solidarity with them during this difficult time.

The BWJA prays to Almighty Allah to grant the departed soul eternal peace and to bestow patience and strength upon the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss.

A large number of people from different walks of life visited the bereaved family to offer condolences. Journalists, as well as members of social, political, and religious organizations, also expressed their grief and prayed for peace to the departed soul.
