DC Baramulla, DIPR, HAS, Kashmir Images, SNS Kashmir several socio-political organizations express condolence and sympathies

Baramulla: Baramulla Working Journalist Association (BWJA) and North Kashmir Journalist Association have express sincere condolence and solidarity with its member Manzoor Sheeri of KNS, editor of social media news portal Kashmir Post and correspondent City Express on the sad demise of his mother who left for heavenly abode after prolonged illness on Saturday .
In a condolence meeting Chairman NKJA, BWJA Karamat Qayoom, President BWJA Zargar Gulzar, Vice President Sajad Hussain and General Secretary Anzhar Muhjoo flanked by several other senior members on Sunday visited the residence of bereaved member to express condolence and solidarity him besides extended sympathies with the bereaved family.
Senior members of BWJA participated in the funeral prayers amid heavy snowfall and expressed heartfelt condolences with Manzoor Sheeri and his family.
“BWJA stands with its member Manzoor Sheeri of KNS, Editor-Kashmir Post, and Correspondent City Express in this hour of grief and expresses solidarity with the bereaved family,” said Chairman NKJA, BWJA Karamat Qayoom while deliberating upon essence of death in Islamic perspective.
During the condolence meeting BWJA members prayed to Almighty Allah to rest the departed soul in peace and grant strength to the family to bear the loss.
Large number of people from cross section of society visited the family on second day to condole the demise of his mother. Various journalists, social, political and religious organizations have expressed their condolences and prayed for eternal peace departed soul. Condolences and prayer meetings were held throughout the day in which rich tributes and homage was paid to departed soul.
Meanwhile, Chairman Human Aid Society Kashmir Bashir Ahmad Mir has also expressed his condolences and prayed to Almighty Allah to rest his soul in peace and grant strength to the family, especially Manzoor Sheeri, to bear the loss. Kashmir Images family and SNS Kashmir family also express their heartfelt sympathies with the bereaved family and pray for peace to the departed soul.
Meanwhile, Deputy Commissioner Baramulla Dr. Syed Sehrish Asgar has condoled the sad demise of the mother of Senior Correspondent of KNS, Manzoor Sheeri, who passed away after prolonged illness on Saturday at her residence in Sheeri village of the district.
In her message, the DC has expressed grief over the loss and prayed for the peace to the departed soul. She also expressed her sympathies with the bereaved family.
Similarly, Department of Information and Public Relations Baramulla has also Condoled the sad demise and expressed its sympathy with the family members.
In this connection, a condolence meeting was held in DIPR office under the chairmanship of District Information Officer Baramulla Jahangeer Akhoon wherein deep condolences were expressed with the bereaved family. Also, special prayers for the family to bear the irreparable loss, were made during the meeting.
North Kashmir President National Conference Dr.Sajad Shafi, PDP Leader Rafiq Rather, Apani Party’s Khursheed Khan, PC’s Asif Lone and Fayaz Bukhari Kashmir Uzma extended their condolences and sympathies on the demise.
