Youth empowerment is the key necessity to realise the true spirit of Naya Kashmir and also to ensure holistic and sustained development of society. Indian Army in its effort to keep the youth engaged with the aspiration of a better future organised a Career Counseling and Placement Screening in conjunction with Skyline Career Counseling & Placement Consultancy at Forest Rest House, Thaiyan, Kalaroos. The event was attended by approximately 129 candidates from Kalaroos.
Mr Owais Mughal from Skyline briefed the youth about various jobs & educational opportunities available to them along with job profiles, salary and other benefits. The job opportunities being offered by SKYLINE CAREER COINSELLING AND PLACEMENT AGENCY include security guard, gunman, salesman, transport manager, supervisor. In the end, total of approximately 100 candidates were shortlisted who will further be called for interview as and when various vacancies comes up.
Youth of the area were very appreciative of Indian Army’s noble initiatives towards youth upliftment and for bringing opportunities to their doorsteps for better future. The youth were further motivated to spread word about vacancies available with SKYLINE CAREER COUNSELLING AND PLACEMENT SERVICES,
