Concludes Pre-Budget Consultations with Various Departments

Jammu, Jan 22 :

Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Thursday chaired a Cabinet meeting at the Civil Secretariat, Jammu, to deliberate on key matters of public and administrative importance and concluded its Pre-Budget consultations.

In a post on X, the Office of the Chief Minister, as per news agency Kashmir News Corner (KNC), said that the meeting focused on important governance and policy-related issues concerning the Union Territory.

In a separate post, the CM’s Office informed that Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has also concluded a series of pre-Budget meetings with various Administrative Departments.

The Finance Department has been directed to incorporate the inputs, suggestions and priorities discussed during these meetings while framing the forthcoming Budget, the post further reads.—(KNC)
