Srinagar, Dec 31: The authorities on Saturday removed encroachment and sealed an illegal structure constructed on state land in Singhpora area of Pattan in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.

An official said that one person had encroached  state land and constructed a mill and also blocked the road by raising a block.

He said Tehsildar Singhpora  on public complaint removed the encroachment and sealed illegal  mill which was being run without permission on state land.

He added he handed over this state land to local Panchayat for construction of Panchayat Bhavan.
