JAMMU, OCTOBER 27:

Divisional Commissioner Jammu Ramesh Kumar today reviewed the arrangements being made for the Darbar Move to winter capital, including residential and official accommodation for the government officials and staff arriving here.
The meeting was attended by Commissioner JMC, Deputy Commissioner Jammu, MD JKTDC, Regional Officer NHAI, DIG traffic, Director Estates, Director Health Services Jammu, Chief Engineers of PWD, PDD and Jal Shakti.
The Divisional Commissioner inquired about the arrangements being made by the Director Estates at the Civil Secretariat and the government residential Quarters for the comfortable stay of move employees.
Managing Director JKTDC was asked to make arrangements for providing meals during the Darbar Move between Banihal and Jammu.
Chief Engineers of PWD and Jal Shakti were directed to take measures for adequate water and power supply to the government residential quarters.
The Director Health Services Jammu was asked to deploy Ambulances and Doctors en-route to meet any medical emergency during the Darbar Move. Regional Officer NHAI was asked to take measures for avoiding traffic congestion along the Kunjwani-Satwari and KunjwaniI-Narwal road.
The Deputy Commissioner Jammu, Commissioner JMC and DIG Traffic were asked to devise an efficient plan for smooth movement of traffic inside the Jammu City.
