Senior Vice President J&K Peoples Conference and former Minister Abdul Gani Vakil today commended and appreciated the work of doctors, Nurses and other health workers leading the battle against present attack of COVID-19.
Vakil said the Doctors and other Para medical staff are the real soldiers who are fighting an unknown enemy for our safety of lives.
“They deserve appreciation, encouragement at this crucial juncture as they leave no stone unturned in making every effort to save the lives of the People affected. The doctors and paramedical staff are working efficiently, after knowing that they are at risk while treating the Coronavirus patients,” he said.
Vakil urged LG administration to stock medicines, keep the hospital beds ready and ensure the scarcity of oxygen doesn’t arise at any cost, especially in district hospitals. He expressed serious concern over health centers and District hospitals not being equipped sufficiently with medicines needed to fight present attack of Covid 19.
Vakil also implored the people to strictly follow SOPs and understand the gravity of the crises.
