71 lakh transactions through ATMS, mobile banking, others amounting to Rs 4170 crore reported in last 3 days’

Ahead of the Eid-ul-Adha, the consumers of Jammu & Kashmir bank have withdrawn Rs 620 crores from June 26-28 while a whopping amount of Rs 4170 crores have been withdrawn through different mobile banking applications including UPI and Mpay.

As per the details available with the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), a total of 71 lakh successful transactions have been made across Jammu and Kashmir from June 26 till this evening.

The details further read that a total of 6 lakh transactions have been made through ATMs amounting to Rs 320 crore on June 26 and June 27 while 21 lakh Mpay transactions have been successfully made during the two days amounting to Rs 1530 crore.

During the two days, a total of 23 lakh transactions have been made through UPI amounting to Rs 400 crore. A total of 2 lakh transactions worth Rs 800 Crore have been made through E Banking and others.

The data further reads that a total of 52 lakh tractions have been made during June 26 and June 27 amounting to Rs 3000 crore.

Also, on June 28, a total of 19 lakh transactions amounting to Rs 1170 crore have been made till evening, the data reads.

As per the data, 4.5 lakh transactions have been made till evening while Rs 300 crore have been withdrawn through the ATMs across Jammu & Kashmir today.

6.5 lakh successful transactions amounting to Rs 445 crore have been made through Mpay while 6.10 lakh transactions worth Rs 125 crore have been made through UPI today till evening.

As per the data, a total of 1.5 lakh transactions worth Rs 300 crore have been made through E Banking and others today.

Pertinently, the Muslims across Jammu and Kashmir will celebrate Eid-ul-Adha tomorrow—(KNO)
