The election was held at the District Court complex today.
The District Bar Association Baramulla got a new body with Advocate Farooq Ud Din Bhat elected as president on following an election that took place after a delay of two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Advocate Neelofar Masood was elected as the vice president, Advocate Jamsheed Abdulah as General Secretary, Advocate Mir Suheel Ashraf as joint secretary and Advocate Mohamad Hussain Lone as treasurer.
Adv Farooq Ud Din Bhat in a statement said i along with my team will work for the welfare of the lawyers and the people of the Baramulla.
