Srinagar, Nov 19 :

J&K government has asked all the administrative secretaries and HoDs to ensure updation of data of all Officers and officials working in their department by or before November 30 to “enable” it to introduce various employee friendly reforms.

“The Government is contemplating introduction of various employee friendly reforms for simplifying the Government employee interactions, which importantly include e-filing of Property Returns and APRs,” government said.

Updated and correct information and data of employees is fundamental for successful implementation of these reforms, it said.

“It has however been observed that basic data of employees working in various departments has not yet been updated despite repeated instructions in this regard, a matter which is impeding the introduction of these initiatives and has been viewed seriously by the authorities,” the government said in an circular, a copy of which lies with GNS.

“ It is accordingly enjoined upon all the Admnistrative Secretaries and HoDs to ensure updation of data of all Officers/officials working in their department by or before 30h of November, 2021,” it said, adding, “It is further informed that all employees shall check their particulars and update their CPIS data with the concerned DDO immediately.”

The government said that action taken report in this regard shall be shared with the GAD by all Administrative Secretaries by or before November 25. (GNS)
