Handwara, November 08, 2025:
Handwara Police, continuing its efforts to dismantle the support structures of terrorism and to curb the activities of banned organisations, conducted coordinated searches at multiple locations in the jurisdiction of Police District Handwara.
The searches were carried out in the houses and premises of the relatives and associates of terror operatives currently operating from across the border and individuals linked with banned organisations. The exercise was aimed at tracking any links, material support, or communication being extended to these anti-national elements from within the area.
Handwara Police remains committed to uprooting the ecosystem that supports terrorism and appeals to the general public to cooperate in maintaining peace, security, and harmony in the region.
