Inspector General of Police Vijay Kumar on Sunday termed as fake the order quoting him to all concerned to bring all non-local labourers to nearest police, CAPF, and army establishments “just now” across the Valley as “fake”.
“No such order has been issued. It is totally fake,” the top police officer told GNS. (GNS)
