A day long teachers conference was held in Zone Fategarh which was presided by Provincial President JKECC Ishfaq Ahmad and flanked by Altaf Hussain Bhat District President JKTA accompanied by Mohd Rafiq Lone.
Mushtaq Ahmad Bhat. Farooq Ah Dar. Javid Iqbal Najar. Urfan Qureshi, Ab Rashid Dar. Abdul Razzaq Lone besides a huge gathering of teachers from Zone Fategarh.On the occasion Mr Mohd Maqbool Khan Senior trade union leader was nominated as Zonal President Fategarh. Besides Provincial President Ishfaq Ahmad Shah and District President JKTA Bla Altaf Hussain Bhat were felicitated for their elevation to next level.
While addressing all the speakers highlighted the role and contribution of leadership in making their tireless effort to mitigate the sufferings of teachers. They also highlighted the role of Teachers Association in eradicating social evils from the society.
Notably the tenure of Altaf Hussain Bhat as Zonal President Fategarh in pleading and highlighting the issues of teachers was highlighted throughout the session.
Meanwhile all the leaders encouraged the newly Zonal President and extended their support with the hopes that he will work for the betterment of the teachers community in a positive way and will strengthen the organisation at grassroot level.
