Baramulla: In a remarkable collaboration between the Jammu & Kashmir Association of Social Workers (JKASW), UNICEF, and Samagra Shiksha, the first phase of training for Master Trainers kicked off today at the prestigious Boys Higher Secondary School Baramulla.

Principal Bashir Ahmed Malla flanked by Vice Principal Reyaz Ahmad formally inaugurated training program of transformative journey towards enhancing early childhood education in the district.

With a focus on the Foundational Stage of Education (ECCE/FLN), the training program aims to equip Master Trainers with the necessary skills and knowledge to become effective facilitators in their educational zones and schools besides communities. Supported by UNICEF, this initiative underscores the commitment to providing quality education for every child in Jammu and Kashmir.

Expert trainers Abreena Bashir, Sajad Ahmad, and Mubashir Gul are leading the charge, imparting their wealth of knowledge and experience to the eager participants. Through a carefully curated curriculum, the trainers are engaging master trainers in a variety of activities designed to enhance their understanding of early childhood education practices.

Principal Bashir Ahmed Malla expressed his optimism for the program, emphasizing its importance in shaping the future of education in Baramulla.
