SRINAGAR , JANUARY,31 :

Jammu & Kashmir Civil Society Forum (JKCSF) Chairman Ab Qayoom wani expresses deep concern over the shocking scam involving Erisha E Mobility, which has allegedly embezzled over ₹150 crores from dealers across the country. The sudden shutdown of its operations in New Delhi and the disappearance of its employees have left hundreds of investors in distress.

It is appalling that hardworking individuals, who trusted the company due to its high-profile endorsements, have now been left betrayed and financially devastated. Such fraudulent activities not only destroy livelihoods but also erode public trust in emerging industries.

JKCSF calls upon the concerned authorities to launch a thorough investigation, hold the perpetrators accountable, and ensure that affected dealers receive justice. We demand stronger regulations to prevent such scams in the future and protect businesses and investors from corporate fraud.

We stand in solidarity with those affected and urge the government to take swift action against such fraudulent entities. Justice must prevail.
