Jammu,Mar 24 :
The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board has postponed the OMR-based written examination for the post of Junior Assistant, which was earlier scheduled to be held on April 5, 2026.
According to an official notice issued by the Board as per news agency, the examination will now be conducted on April 19, 2026. The recruitment had been advertised vide Notification No. 08 of 2025 dated September 27, 2025.
The Board further informed that admit cards for the examination will be released seven days prior to the revised date, i.e., from April 13, 2026.
Controller of Examinations, Reyaz Ahmed Malik, said that candidates are advised to stay updated through the official JKSSB website for further details and instructions.
