DM Kulgam Dr Bilal Mohi u Din Bhat-IAS, SP Kulgam Shri. Sahil Sarangal-IPS, MC Chairman Shri Muneeb Ahmed Zargar, all Gazetted officers as well as all SHOs of kulgam police along with other senior officers of civil administration today held a candle light March and laid floral wreaths on the martyrs monument at DPL Kulgam to pay homage to Martyr Aman Kumar Thakur (DySP) and expressed condolences and solidarity with the bereaved family of the martyr.
The March witnessed huge participation of locals particularly youth of kulgam who remembered their loved and respected martyred DYSP Aman Thakur on his 4th death anniversary.
