Jammu and Kashmir’s Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha Sunday Briefed Prime Minister Narendra Modi about recommendations of apex Committee on holistic development of Agriculture and allied sectors for raising farmer’s income and time-bound implementation of reforms to boost agriculture exports, creation of modern infrastructure and value chains.
The office of J&K, LG on it’s twitter handle said that a special gift of gratitude to PM Narendra Modi Ji from people of J&K. “In ancient Indian tradition Saffron is referred as ‘Bahukam’,” it said.
“As harvest festivity draws near, symbol of joy & light GI tagged exquisite & enchanting produce is ready to be delivered globally,” the LG said.
