In response to court directions that he can’t make remarks in media against Srinagar Deputy Mayor, the former Deputy Mayor Sheikh Imran has said that he is glad that Court has granted him the opportunity to prove the allegations and he has complete faith in the judiciary.
“Whatever I have posted against Parvaiz Qadri that’s based on plausible evidence. From FIR number 28/19 u/s 420,468,471, RPC OF CBK at Crime Branch against Parvez Qadri for theft and dacoity to transactions in personal salary accounts of several innocent people,” Sheikh Imran said.
“Now the law will take its own course and the matter will be decided under the spotlight of facts and evidences,” he said adding that he is sure the court will decide who is wrong and who is right. (KNT)
