The National Health Mission Jammu and Kashmir has ordered time-bound disposal of complaints related to its employees, directing that all such cases be resolved within 15 days.

According to Order No. 02 NHM(JK) of 2026, issued by Mission Director Akriti Sagar, as per news agency Kashmir News Corner — KNC, complaints involving financial irregularities will be examined by the Director Planning and FA&CAO in coordination with the concerned Chief Medical Officer (CMO), as per existing rules and guidelines.

The order further states that complaints related to professional conduct and other matters will be examined by the State Nodal Officer (SNO) or Divisional Nodal Officer (DNO) in coordination with the Law Officer.

It also directs that all such complaints must be disposed of within 15 days from the date of receipt and reports should be submitted in a time-bound manner.

The move aims to ensure accountability and timely redressal of grievances within NHM. (KNC)
