Good afternoon, everyone. Thank you for joining us today. We are here to discuss the outcomes of a significant meeting held earlier today at the Lalmandi Union Office, organized by the State President of the Non-Gazetted Horticulture Employees Union (NGHEU) of UT Jammu and Kashmir.

During the meeting, the body expressed their pleasure at the formation of the new government and took stock of various issues and challenges faced by non-gazetted horticulture employees. The primary topics of discussion included:
- Pay Anomaly
- Recruitment Rules
- BHT Training Policy
- BSc Nominations
- Reorganization
Outcome:
Following the discussions, a subsequent meeting was held with the Worthy Director of Horticulture, Kashmir. The Director provided full assurance and cooperation to address these issues on a fast-track basis.

We are optimistic about the positive changes and improvements that will result from these discussions. The NGHEU remains committed to advocating for the rights and welfare of all non-gazetted horticulture employees.
