Srinagar, March 26:
An elderly man died, while another was injured in a road accident in Pattan area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla on Monday.
Reports reaching that a collision took place between a scooty and motorcycle in Zangam area of Pattan, resulting in injuries to both the riders on Monday afternoon.
They said both the injured identified as 70-year-old Abdul Salaam Tantray, resident of Palhalan Pattan, and 34-year-old Irshad Ahmad Ganie were taken to SMHS Hospital Srinagar for treatment, where Abdul Salaam Tantray has succumbed to his injuries on Sunday evening, however, condition of Irshad Ahmad is said to be stable.
