Srinagar, Mar 05 :

As the elections draw near, the National Conference is striving to dismantle the People’s Alliance for Gupkar Declaration (PAGD), aiming to sideline the PDP from the coalition, sources said.
Sources told KNS that they vehemently oppose any seat-sharing agreement with the PDP.
They said that recent developments indicate that PDP activists from Pulwama, Shopian, Ganderbal, and Srinagar are urging the party president to spearhead the parliamentary elections and represent their voices.
Given the party’s significant support base in Pulwama and Shopian, they said it could prove decisive in securing victory.
“The party is actively pursuing this strategy, especially considering its strong foothold in Pulwama Shopian,” the sources said. (KNS
